The Artos KKV-Pad Batch machine

The Artos KKV-Pad Batch machines are suitable for cold pad batch processes with reactive dyestuffs for woven and knitted fabrics.

With its great utilization area in dyeing of woven and knitted goods the Vari-Flex padder satisfies in all necessary dyeing processes – also in combination with Pad Batch machines. The pneumatic system provides highest uniformity during the application of the color and corrects potential errors out of the pre-treatment. The rollers can be adjusted individually left-middle-right and are perfectly coordinated with each other. Thereby optimal dyeing results will be achieved for every kind of fabric.

The pneumatically liftable and lowerable trough is equipped with three submerged rollers, respectively one submerged roller with displacer, and needs consequently lowest liquor contents to soak the fabric perfectly. An additional cost advantage is the quick color exchange which minimizes the changeover times.

Especially for knitted goods there is a transfer drum which prevents the curling of the selvedges of the fabric. The Vari-Flex padder needs low maintenance and is easy to handle. The entry and exit elements are adapted to the requirements and complete the layout of the Pad Batch line so that high quality dyeing results can be secured.
