We can offer for our apprentices

In our medium-sized company our apprentices get to know all sectors and functions of an industrial company. Furthermore they have the possibility to work very practical. After a short time it is already possible to get to know and understand complex circumstances in practice because we have very short ways of communication and high transparency. Also the independent work will be supported already in the beginning of the apprenticeship. Because of the active and independent way of working a quick learning effect will be achieved and our apprentices can cope with challenging exercises after short time.

We exercise our apprentices mostly for our company and we aspire to employ our apprentices after finishing the apprenticeship as colleagues in our team.
