Reinbek. The little kitchen is open-plan and flooded with light, and the neighbouring dining room with seating for 15 boasts a modern decor. This welcoming atmosphere provides the ideal homely ambience in which to eat one’s lunch. It is up to Rainer Hanzlik to ensure it stays that way. The chef from Schwarzenbek joined the Reinbek-based textile machinery manufacturer in January and immediately served up goulash with mushrooms. The lunchtime meal is complimentary for our employees. The managing director, Dirk Polchow, uses this service among others to convince potential new recruits to join the company.
